We are excited to announce the return of our in-person services to meet your Family Education needs.
We are currently offering a Saturday Express Childbirth Education class that meets every other month (Dates below). This class covers pregnancy, labor, delivery (vaginal and c-section), postpartum care, newborn care & breastfeeding basics. Our classes will inspire, educate and alleviate any fears you may have about this exciting time of your life.

It is recommended that you begin to inquire about scheduling classes between 24-28 weeks of pregnancy.
What’s Included in These Classes?
These classes cover the essentials of labor and delivery. Topics include signs of labor, Lamaze breathing techniques, relaxation, comfort measures, birth plans, possible interventions, cesarean birth, medications and epidurals. Whether your birth plan is for a natural birth, an epidural, or a cesarean birth, we have all the information you need.
Offered one Saturday every other month
Only the essentials of labor and delivery are covered. Topics include: signs of labor, breathing & relaxation, comfort measures, possible interventions, cesarean birth, and medications.
