Amy Marston, MBA, MPH, has been appointed campus operations officer for ChristianaCare, Cecil County encompassing encompassing Union Hospital in Elkton, Maryland, and other ChristianaCare health care services.
In her role, Marston leads and implements the enterprise strategy at the Cecil County campus, with overall responsibility for campus performance results, in a role that focuses on quality and safety, fiscal stewardship, exceptional patient and caregiver experience, and care outcomes.
She joined ChristianaCare in 2017 as project manager for the Behavioral Health service line. She was promoted to corporate director, Behavioral Health, in November 2018 and also served as the operations lead for the ChristianaCare Behavioral Health Services line until her new appointment at ChristianaCare, Cecil County.
Prior to joining ChristianaCare, she was director of admissions and psychiatry operations at The Center for Autism in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she oversaw the multi-site operations of clinical evaluations, therapeutic programs, and psychiatric services.
She received a bachelor’s degree in education from Temple University and holds master of public health and master of business administration degrees from West Chester University.
She reports to Sharon Kurfuerst, Ed.D., OTR/L, FACHE, FAOTA, FABC, chief operating officer of ChristianaCare.
